What I do for leaders
My Name is Deborah Ross, and after 24 years in teaching, I’ve learned that people often have more potential than they realize, and development isn’t always about telling. Leadership happens at all levels, and understanding your impact is essential.
In 2017, I started coaching training, which helped me discover my new purpose. Staying true to my teaching values, I transitioned to being a full-time coach. I work with individuals in senior and middle leadership roles, helping them gain clarity, overcome challenges, and lead confidently in alignment with their values.
I’m also a licensed facilitator for Graydin, offering coaching training to teachers and parent groups. The courses, designed for schools but also adaptable to other organizations, focus on improving skills in asking effective questions and active listening. I also work with leadership groups to enhance collaboration, set shared goals, and encourage self-reflection.
Beyond coaching, I’m a proud Mum to two amazing young adults and love walking, especially in places full of trees.
